Stephanie Willner |
President, Aging Services Foundation Board of Directors
Stephanie has a background in healthcare and geriatric case management, program implementation, and older adult advisement. She holds a M.S. in Integrated Physiology and Professional Advanced Certification in Gerontology from the University of Colorado. She has extensive experience in non-profit management, consulting, and fundraising, and is an Ambassador for the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Boulder Interagency Network. Stephanie has previously served as a Walk to End Alzheimer’s Volunteer Lead, and as a volunteer and consultant for the Community Foundation of Boulder County.
Lucy Kuchta |
Owner, Quinsight LLC.
Lucy is the founder of Quinsight, a company that empowers adults 60+ to thrive by implementing optimized computer technology, conducting tailored training, and offering user-friendly support. Previously, Lucy was the Implementation Director at CarePredict where she led the installation and support of a predictive-analytic healthcare solution. She also worked for Captel to install captioned telephones and train adults with hearing-impairment how to use these devices. She has a master’s degree in telecommunications engineering and recently completed a gerontology graduate certificate. She is a volunteer with Cultivate, the local Americorp Retired and Senior Volunteer Program organization. In her free time, she plays tennis, bridge, and travels to new destinations.

Richard A. Selinger is a Colorado estate planning and elder law attorney in private practice with over 20 years of experience. He maintains his law office in Boulder where the vast majority of his clients are over 60 years of age. Richard is passionate about helping older adults and their caregivers, which is evident through his work as a volunteer community educator with the Boulder Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and the Boulder Chapter of the Conversation Project. Richard is originally from New York City and moved to Boulder four years ago with his wife, two dogs and cat. He loves visiting with his two daughters, who currently live in New York and Montana, every chance he gets, and enjoys pretty much anything the Colorado outdoors has to offer.

A graduate in Business and a Masters in Organization Effectiveness, she brings 38 years of experience as a senior leader in Fortune 5 Corporations, Big 5 organization change consulting and 20-years as the owner of futureAlign. Moneca is passionate about honoring, respecting, and supporting aging populations. Moneca has two adult sons who live in the Denver/Boulder area and loves to go hiking in her free time.
